About this event

Welcome to The Golf Trust

At The Golf Trust, our mission is simple: empowering independence through golf. We champion the physical, social, and mental health benefits of the game.

Whether you’ve played before or never picked up a club, our experienced coaches deliver inclusive sessions for people with disabilities.

Right now, 90% of our participants are male and we want to change that. By 2028, we’re committed to introducing 10,000 women and girls with disabilities to the game of golf.

We invite you to join us on Monday 13th October for a special event celebrating women with disabilities and the joy of recreational sport.

The day will include:

  • Two golf taster sessions: morning (10am-12pm and afternoon (2-4pm)
  • Lunch and networking for everyone (12-2pm)
  • Talks from inspirational women with disabilities, sharing their experiences and the barriers they’ve overcome to enjoy recreational sport. More information about speakers coming soon.

This event is designed to be inclusive and suitable for people with all disabilities. Our experienced coaches will be on hand to adapt to your individual needs and thanks to specialist Paragolfer vehicles, participants who use a wheelchair or have limited mobility can experience the unique freedom of standing to take a supported golf swing.

Come and be part of an inspiring and informative day!
