Our last of our monthly groups in 2017 with a focus on health and nutrition.

You can join me on these monthly workshops where you are introduced to new ways of eating and implement changes each month. There's a weight loss option with monthly weigh ins for those who wish to monitor their progress.
Recipes for all the foods/drinks sampled during the workshops are provided on a PDF booklet.

Monthly themed meets are £10pp and include food/drinks samples, weigh ins if required and a PDF booklet with recipes.
This month you will be shown how to make a selection of healthy teas. Herbal Teas have a wide range of benefits and can be used therapeutically to help manage different conditions. For example, fennel, mint and chamomile tea can all help with digestive problems.
One of the big problems facing us today is stress and fatigue. Many people turn to caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea and coke for an extra energy boost, but this has a negative effect.
During this workshop there will be samples of Teas to taste and a PDF booklet with all recipes made on the day and a few extras.
