Registration: free to attendees, including family members and includes a complimentary lunch and refreshments. However, particpants must arrange their own travel, parking and accomodation should you wish to stay overnight.

Car parking : Car parking is available on site. We have negotiated discounted parking in Car Park 2 ONLY for the day. Please take a copy of the days agenda or letter invite (copies available on the day) to the Car Park 2 customer service office before leaving to receive your concessionary ticket. Please note, Car Park 2 is the multistorey yellow and white stripe building situated next to the Rosie Maternity Unit.

For those not accustomed to travelling into Cambridge, please be aware that traffic can be very heavy in the mornings so please allow plenty of time to travel here.
