David Beswick is a Partner in Eversheds' HR Group and his recent experience includes: acting for a number of global companies on restructurings, corporate M&A, TUPE, and outsourcing issues across Europe and EMEA. These global companies span the Diversified Industrial, Energy and Healthcare sectors.
David also advises FTSE 350 companies on various boardroom issues, such as contractual policies and senior executive issues. In addition David advises regularly on the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Frances O’Neill is a Senior Associate in Evesrheds' Human Resources practice group specialising in Employment Tribunal Litigation and general advisory work. Frances regularly represents in Tribunal a number of FTSE 100 clients in the Energy sector as well as companies in the Consumer and Financial Institutions sectors.
Frances advises clients during all stages of the Tribunal process and has successfully secured multiple strike out decisions on technical issues involving timing points; TUPE; and prospects of success for discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She has secured judicial mediation settlements with ongoing employee relation issues.
Frances advises on non-contentious matters and has experience advising on contractual change projects affecting the entire workforce for public and private sector clients. She advises on company policies; settlement agreements; investigations; capability, disciplinary and grievance procedures; and redundancy and restructuring projects.
