About this event

Did you know that the Canal & River Trust are the biggest producer of lock gates in the world? The Trust has two workshops where they are produced, with one right here in the West Midlands!

Our expert joiners will lead you on a tour of one of only two places in the country where our iconic lock gates are made.

You will also get the chance to meet our heritage team, plus our Explorers will be there to entertain younger visitors with fun children’s activities.
