Description: Join us for a two-hour-long, fascinating heritage walk led by the founder of Mindfulness Inspired Art, Bhavika Garg. Explore the rich history of Central Milton Keynes while taking in the sights and sounds of three beautiful sites starting from Norfolk & Ashton House (meet by the Octo sign), stop by the Fred-Roche gardens for an art activity, before heading to the last stop at Grafton Park.

What's the meeting point?

Full address: Ashton + Norfolk House, Silbury Blvd, Milton Keynes MK9 2AH. Meet us by the Octo sign. You can start arriving 20 minutes prior. The walk will start on time, and if you are running late, you may not be able to join us.

What to expect during this walk?

This is a guided mindful walk by certified facilitator Bhavika Garg. You will participate in a group mindful practice for 5-10 minutes at the beginning and at the end of the walk. Also, there will be an opportunity to participate in a creative art activity (weather-dependent).

Who can join this walk?

Everyone is welcome! There is no prior experience is needed for our mindfulness practice and art activity. Children must be accompanied by their parents/guardians.
