Event description

Description

The Hero Round Table is all about inspiring and showing people how to be heroes at work, in their community or in the world. It is the largest global event dedicated entirely to talking about the psychology of heroism and people performing heroic deeds.

The Hero Round Table has run annually in the US since 2013, as well as in Australia and the Netherlands. The London team is excited to bring this to the UK and a capital city for the first time, so join us from the start!

FORMAT

Engaging 12-minute Ted-style talks, longer keynote presentations or panel discussions and plenty of participant and speaker interaction/networking. There will be a selection of hour-long breakout workshop sessions to choose from before and after lunch on day two.

SPEAKERS

Speakers come from fields such as business, sports, psychology, education, social entrepreneurship and pop culture. Just some of the 20+ speakers confirmed for London include: Joe De Sena (Founder - Spartan Race), Lord Stone (Former MD of Marks & Spencer), Elham Saudi (Co-Founder - Lawyers for Libya), Dan Edwardes (CEO - Parkour Generations, Elizabeth Svodoba (Author of 'What makes a hero?'), Dave Rendall ('Freak Factor') and Mark Levine (Professor of Social Psychology). TIMING

10am – 5pm each day, registration from 9.30am.

Whilst one-day tickets are available, we hope you’ll join us for the full two days! Networking, creating partnerships and building a hero community are an important part of the event.

WHO ATTENDS?
