Please choose the appropriate ticket option for you and your guests. You can book a combination of different options.
Full Weekend Programme includes:
- All Saturday talks and college activities. The talks programme is suitable for age 12+ but younger children are welcome to the main site to enjoy activities in college during the afternoon. It is essential that you book a free ticket for any family members and guests who would like to visit college and participate in these activities.
- Refreshments between talks and one take-away afternoon tea bag (more can be purchased additionally nearer the time)
- Black-tie Festival dinner in Hall and Old Hall (18+ only, alumni are welcome to bring one guest).
- Family breakfast in Hall (free for children under 5). Breakfast is buffet-style, and there will be two seatings: 9:30am for families with younger children and 10:15am for families with older children who will be able to stay on for the University Challenge. Please note that, unfortunately, we are not able to provide highchairs in Hall.
- Hertford Special University Challenge, with alumni and student teams (suitable for age 12+)
- Family Day, including bouncy castle, face painting, garden games, crafts station, food and drinks and children’s activities. There will be gazebos and picnic blankets provided, and you are welcome to bring your own. Food and drinks to be purchased separately. The event is suitable for all ages.
Accommodation:
We have a limited number of student bedrooms (single occupancy only). If you would like to book a room, please select the relevant ticket alongside with you main Festival booking.
Refunds
Please note that ticket sales will close two weeks before the Festival. Refunds for cancellations after 16 June 2023 will not be possible.
