Hertfordshire Okoberfest is back for a second year of German fun on the Hartham Common. Join us on the 27th and 28th September for the UK's best Oktoberfest experience!

These are booked in GROUPS OF 10. You will have a reserved table in the VIP area that will include one food and one drink token for each member of the group. Table service is also included.
We operate a strict no refund policy.
Security🔒
Bags will be checked and you will be body scanned upon arrival. Idenitification will be checked on the door, security and bar staff will be enforcing the CHALLENGE 25. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR IDENTIFICATION. Entry will be refused and no refund will be issued if you turn up drunk or under the influence of drugs.

This is an 18+ event, ID will be checked on entry.
It is not policy, although we encourage everyone to wear fancy dress! Lederhosen’s and dirndls are the traditional dress code which is available for purchase on our website. However, any fancy dress will be welcomed.
Your ticket will be refunded if the event is cancelled. However, if the event cannot go ahead due to measures outside of our control, then we will postpone the event and a refund will not be issued.
Will have a full drinks selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Our main beer will be a German Pilsner Lager, however we will also have other beers and ciders on tap.
We will have disabled toilets and all doors and walkways will be wheelchair regulation width. However, please note the event is in a big top tent on a field and the majority of the site will be on grass. Our staff onsite will be happy to assist in any way they can.

Yes, a VIP ticket will provide an allocated table in the VIP area next to the stage for 10 guests.
The VIP package will include a reserved table for 10 people in the VIP area. Each member of the party will get 1 drink of their choice and a meal voucher for our German food stall.
Unfortunately not. Dogs are not allowed.
There is no last entry time.
No, your ticket does not have to have your name on it. The ticket purchasers name will be on the ticket. The important thing is that each ticket will have a unique QR code that will be scanned upon entry. Each QR code/ ticket can only be used once.
Yes, We will have gluten free and alcohol free beer stocked at the bar.
