We are delighted to welcome Elise Williams from the Thriver Programme as our guest speaker, presenting on: ‘A mental fitness workout programme’
At 12 years old, Thriver co-founder Elise was diagnosed with a double curvature severe scoliosis, leading to two major operations to straighten her spine with titanium rods and screws. This was followed by a yearlong recovery process, learning to walk and live independently.
Elise noticed that there was no mental recovery, even though we know we need to exercise regularly to maintain and build physical fitness and we don’t wait until we’re injured to start.
She set out on a quest to fill this gap to empower us to treat our mental fitness like our physical fitness, proactively so that we’re equipped to thrive through the challenges and opportunities at work and wider life.
Having researched Neuroscience and psychology, she built an easy-to-use toolkit that can helps us prioritise our greatest life tool, our brain and mind.
The cost is £12.50+VAT, including a light lunch and refreshments.
Come along and discover how this interactive session can make a difference to you and your business.
The first 10 businesses to book will also be allocated a 60-second slot to speak to the group. Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
