The Canal & River Trust will be hosting an immersive and interactive experience from the Amphitheatre facing Leeds Dock. As part of international story telling week this is your chance to be discover the history of the city's navigation & canal network in a completely unique way.

Hosted by John Smeaton the father of civil engineering, a giant talking story book and an unknown navvie this is an event not to be missed. limited tickets are available.

This is a free public performance.



FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The nearest parking is the mulit storey car park at Leeds Dock and you can always get the water taxi from the train station (a story teller will also be on the water taxi so its an expereince in itself!)

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No your name will be on the list so lets save paper

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes as long as you know the name of who you are attending in place of.

Is the site accessible by wheelchair?

Yes suitable for wheelchairs.
