Join Mary-Ann Ochota and Senior Ranger Alf Dimmock to explore the landscape history of Britain - by exploring the clues you can spot in Highbury Park. We'll discover ancient trees, the secrets of hedgerows, and other historical and archaeological details that are hidden in plain sight.
Landscape Spotting is fun for all the family - all ages welcome, but kids should be accompanied by parents or guardians.
Some of our walk will be off the main paths - if you have mobility requirements, please let us know in advance and we'll plan accordingly.
Mary-Ann will be signing copies of her new book, Hidden Histories: A Spotter's Guide to the British Landscape at the end of the walk.
MEETING POINT: Meet at the car park off Shutlock Lane / Dad's Lane.
Supported by the Chamberlain Highbury Trust and Birmingham City Council
