When will I receive my ticket?

Hideout tickets will be emailed to you a few days before the festival. If you bought the ticket as part of a package, your ticket will be sent directly via email around one week before the festival.

How do I manage my booking?

You can do this by logging in with your email address & password on our ‘manage account’ button on our website. Once in your account, you can;

Review your booking
Have access to your balance and make payments towards this
Add transfers and shuttle bus tickets
Beach and Boat party tickets

Where can I get tickets for the Hideout Festival boat parties?

Question 4

I have not received my booking confirmation. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Your booking confirmation is emailed to you as soon as you complete your booking and your account is verified. If you cannot find this, please check your junk/spam folders. You can also request another confirmation by logging into your customer account or by emailing customersupport@hideoutfestival.

How do I pay the remaining balance on my booking?

What do I get with a VIP Ticket?

Upgrade your festival ticket to VIP to gain these extra benefits:

Access to VIP areas in each club (subject to capacity)
Queue jump for accreditation at Novalja Bus Station
Queue jump for all Hideout Festival venues where possible

Can I buy a day ticket?

You will not be able to purchase individual day tickets for Hideout in advance or at the festival.

Someone has offered to sell me a ticket. How do I get in, as the ticket wont have my name on it?

Please do not purchase tickets from others/ticket resale sites. You will be refused entry if the name on your ticket does not match up with your ID.

Can I get a refund for my tickets, as I can't go anymore?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend, please get in touch with customersupport@hideoutfestival.com to request a name change for your booking.

Question 10

Which is the closest airport to the festival?

Accepted Answer

Zadar, Split, Zagreb and Pula are the nearest airports. Transfers take you from the airport to the Novalja bus station, where you will exchange your ticket for a festival wristband. You can add transfers to your booking by logging into your customer account.

Are there airport transfers from the airport to Novalja and vice versa?

We offer official Hideout airport transfers from many Croatian airports. Check out our transfers page on our website for full details. On arrival, please present the e-ticket that was emailed to the lead customer. If you have not received this, please email customersupport@hideoutfestival.com.

Which town is nearest to the festival for accommodation?

Accepted Answer

The main towns are Novalja and Gajac. There will be regular shuttle buses from these towns to Zrce Beach, enabling you to get to and from the festival at any time of night. If you would like more information please contact our holidays team on WhatsApp (https://wa.me/+447572434070).

Can we walk from Novalja to the festival?

Accepted Answer

It will roughly take 30 minutes, but we recommend getting the shuttle buses instead, as the walk is along busy roads. Please be sensible and do not walk on your own.

Where is the festival exactly?

Hideout Festival is on the Croatian island, Pag. It takes place on Zrce beach within four open-air venues Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa and is closest to the town of Novalja.

What currency do I need?

Accepted Answer

You will need Euros for all shops, bars, restaurants and festival venues. There is a cash machine on the festival site, plus cash machines and bureau de change offices in Novalja. You will also be able to pay by card / with your phone at all festival venues.

What do I need to bring to get into the festival?

You will need your e-ticket and a valid photo ID. Tickets can be printed or shown on your mobile.

What happens if I lose my wristband whilst at the event?

Wristbands will only be issued once, any broken/lost wristbands will not be replaced. Please look after them!

What are the festival opening times?

The festival opens every day at 4 pm for pool/day parties, followed by the main festival programme till 5 am.

Yes, the tap water in Croatia is perfectly drinkable.

How much will food and drink cost me in Croatia?

Shops are a fair bit cheaper for all the daily essentials so expect to pay roughly £8 - £12 for a meal out in Novalja, a bit less for fast food meals.

Beers, cocktails, wine, soft drinks, spirits and water will be available.

How hot is it on the Isle of Pag?

The average temperature during Hideout is around 25 - 33 degrees. Please ensure you drink plenty of fluids, apply plenty of sunscreen, bring sunglasses and perhaps a hat to protect you from the sun. Bring a raincoat too just in case the weather isn't quite as we hoped.
