Team working in a war zone!
Dominic says...
"I will be talking about effective team working in challenging situations. I visit war zones, disaster areas and hostile environments for BBC News. We work against tight deadlines in difficult and frequently dangerous conditions. To do this we need to work effectively together and adapt to the challenges we meet. I will be talking about my work for BBC News, offering some wider thoughts about team working under pressure."
