🪶 What to Bring

• Yoga mat or comfortable mat to lie on
• Blanket and cushion (essential for deep relaxation comfort)
• Water for hydration
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and relaxed (optional fold-up chair if you prefer to sit, maybe a hot water bottle)

🌙 What to Wear

Soft, comfortable layers — bed clothes welcome! This is a fully dressed, cosy sound bath (no swimsuits needed 😄). Think warm, grounded and as relaxed as can be.

⚡ Important Information

Due to the sound frequencies, this event is not suitable for:

• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with epilepsy or a pacemaker
