• Arrival: Please arrive in good time to be in the pool area ready for 11:30am.
• Dress code: It’s advised to arrive wearing your swimwear underneath clothes.
• Bring: A towel and, if desired, a small cushion for airbed comfort.

🕦 11:30am – Floating Sound Bath begins (please be in the pool by 11.20am)

🕛 12:15pm – Hot tub & sauna time (15–20 mins)

🕧 12:30pm – Dry off & dress. Collagen drinks & guest speaker session

🕐 1:00pm – Higher Frequency energy activation & grounding with Holly

🕜 1:30pm – Event ends (guests welcome to stay for optional hot drinks & connection)

⛔ Please note: Once the sound bath begins, no late entry will be permitted into the pool. Guests arriving after 11:30am will need to wait until the sound bath has ended.
