Following on from the success of the first two Highland Social events at Contrast in Inverness during 2011 we would now like to give you the opportunity to join us for a mini 'social' event at the Heathmount Hotel in Inverness on Friday the 2nd December 2011 organised by Snow Marketing and TuMinds.
As the timing of this event is in the main run up to Christmas we have decided to make this a Christmas themed event and will almost act as our 'office party' for the Highland Social!
We have kept registration for this event free but what we plan to do is put together a kitty of £20 from each person who attends which will go towards initial drinks and something to eat on the evening.
It will be an opportunity for existing Highland Social attendees to come along and catch up but also an opportunity for new attendees to come along and get a feel for what its all about.
We will spend the evening discussing all the latest news in the world of social media including the new Google+ business pages as well as getting feedback from the attendees on their latest findings and feelings about social media for business and of course enjoying a few festive refreshments!
The evening will be quite relaxed and informal with no big presentations or talks taking place.
This event is suitable for business owners, managers or even staff members within the Highlands who are interested in social media for business.
We require you to register for this event so that we can give final numbers to the venue for space required. Spaces are limited due to the venue having a number of other large parties in that evening so are on a first come first served basis. Registration will close at 12pm on Thursday 1st December 2011.

When & Where
The Highland Social first began back in April 2011 at Contrast in Inverness and was set up by Michelle Russell of Snow Marketing to allow businesses from across the Highlands to meet up 'socially' and share their experiences and stories of using social media for business.
Due to success of the first few events the Highland Social was turned into a bi-annual main event with mini seasonal 'Social's' and casual 'Social's' happening in between to keep everyone up to date with the latest social media news!
In 2013 we also introduced the #socialroadtrip which takes the networking events and social media workshops to the road and out across the Highlands.
Each main Highland Social event features the famous 'social' cupcakes by Cupcake Creations Inverness and go down very well!
