Join local outdoor fitness group One Element Docklands for an energising 60 minute HIIT session in Thames Barrier Park on September 25th at 10am.

You will be met by Head Trainer, Rhea to kickstart your weekend with a full body workout as part of an incredibly motivating and encouraging group. Imagine a sports team for all ages and fitness levels with shoutouts, motivation, stretching and even a post session coffee to catch up with other locals in the area.

The session is based on pre-season sports training developed with the help of professional athletes and coaches over the last 13 years. Get ready to release those endorphins and have some fun to start your weekend!

All you’ll need to bring is some water!
