High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

About this event

Your HIIT session starts with a dynamic mobility warm up to get your body moving, loose and blood flowing ready for the main session. Roughly Between 20 and 25 minutes of a full body intense work out showing options for all levels, to time or for repetitions to stimulate the muscles, keep the heart rate high and burn calories. Finishing with a static stretching to ease the muscles and bring the heart rate back down then you are ready for the rest of the day!
