Come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing with supportive shoes as we do a lot of jumping – remember, my classes will get you moving and sweaty!

A workout mat, a water bottle, a towel (for sweat) - All of these are optional, there are mats to use in the studio however they need to be cleaned after!
