This Summer we will be running pop-up fitness classes so you can find the best trainer for you!
The kick off sesison will be with TruBe trainer Hannah.
As a dancer, Hannah strives for perfection, as a trainer Hannah focuses more on the steps in-between. Through modifications and progressions, your practice will advance without comprising technique.
The session fundamentally HIIT and pilates, get that heart rate going, lots of core, booty, squats. feel longer, stronger, and more mobile.
TruBe trainers are cherry-picked through a rigorous selection process and skilled in nearly a dozen disciplines. Normally we offer 1:1 workouts, but this Summer we are mixing things up and can't wait for you to be a part of it!
You will be joining a community of like-minded people who love to train in only the best locations that London has to offer.
For the session all you will need is a mat, if not the grass will do.
Suitable for all levels of fitness. No previous experience required.
