WILD GOURMET NI

After your energising hike, you can relax and enjoy an immersive woodland experience around a warm campfire. You will be lead to the location in a sheltered forest grove where you will be treated to an experience like no other.

You can sit back and soak up the atmosphere while Paul from Wild Gourmet NI serves you a steaming bowl of warming stew and fresh homemade baked brea.

Now for the yummy stuff ..

We start with a choice of tender beef, carrot and radish stew or a bean and lentil veggie casserole both served with freshly baked foccacia and herb bread.

Then fill the corners with homemade chocolate, hazelnut and pistachio brownies served with a hot dark chocolate sauce and vanilla cream washed down with a nice warm cuppa.

All our food is made from locally sourced quality ingredients and will be served in recyclable serving dishes.

All our experiences support the principles of the Leave No Trace Policy.
