About this event
Come along to hiking and yoga in one of Brighton's most beautyfull nature reserves. Castle Hill is part of the South Down National Park with wildflower, free-grazing sheep, cows, open fields and woodlands. The bottoms of the valleys feel entirely isolated, and there are brilliant views of the sea from up high.
Timeline:
We will start the day with yoga on a panoramic hill before heading for a scenic walk through rolling hills and remote valleys.
Yoga in nature
The yoga class is very beginner-friendly. It's called feel-good yoga flow, as we are only doing the feel-good part, where we stretch out any knits and tension to feel more relaxed and more spacious in body and mind.
Weather
The event is fine even with a bit of summer rain, but we have to cancel it in case of wind and rain warnings or thunderstorms. You will have the option to rebook or to get a full refund if the event is cancelled.
