The Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Annual General Meeting (AGM) gives local residents and our partners an opportunity to hear about the work we have undertaken over 2017/18 and our plans for 2019 – 2020/21. Senior members of the CCG will be available to answer questions.

In addition to our AGM, we are looking to engage with everyone about our Commissioning Intentions – our plans for local NHS services during 2019-2021. Our plans are based on the following themes

• Keeping people well

• Supporting people in times of Crisis

• Appropriate time in Hospital
