About this event

The Fit To Bid® programme is designed to develop the supply chain and provide local businesses with practical knowledge and skills to submit tenders and win contracts in the Borough of Hillingdon. The programme is supported by Segro and Barratt Homes, working in partnership with Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce, with support from Hillingdon Council, and delivered by Branduin.

Workshop Overview:

As business owners, we all want the same things— sustainable differentiation, strong barriers to competition, and the resources and ability to engage, attract and keep customers.

This workshop/webinar delivered as a Business Sprint will help SMEs build understanding and empathy with the user and help you make product decisions based on what will bring the user value.

Why you should attend:

During the workshop we will introduce you to the Value Proposition Design Canvas with a 'Jobs to Be Done' approach.

The focus is on the ‘jobs to be done’ by customers, i.e., your clients, Local Government Procurement; Construction companies, and Tier-1 & Tier-2 Suppliers to enable businesses to develop products and services to match these requirements.

Expected Outcomes:

A well-designed value proposition for your products and services can be used in sales presentations, marketing content and customer engagement communications. This workshop will help you develop clear ideas on how the potential alignment of customer value and your product/service value can be used to effectively launch new products and services and help grow your business, and submit winning bids.

This is a practical tool delivered by people who have set up, managed and grown their own companies.

This is is not a usual workshop – this is a 1:1 session in a 1-2-many environment. Don’t miss it!
