What should I bring with me?

bottle of water, and you'll be able to leave any bags you have with the team while you do your hill effort!

Am I fit enough to do this..?

This challenge is open to all and it's not a race amongst others. Hill running is a challenging full body movement - so run what you can, hike the rest, and push yourself to see what you can achieve. And come back next time to try and beat it!

Where do we meet you and at what time?

By the Parliament Hill Bandstand before 10am! Search for it in Google Maps (it's next to Parliament Hill Cafe).

How long will it take approximately?

This will depend on each individual but we estimate between 15-30 mins for 150m, and 30-45 mins for 250m.
