Take some time to for yourself at this gentle rebalancing and uplifting session of guided breathwork and meditation led by yoga teacher and singing bowl practitioner Oliver Ellis.

Sessions will start with gentle and simple yoga asana to mobilise and rebalance the body before moving into breathwork and meditation aided by the sound and vibration of traditional Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the bowls and their theraputic effects through hands on practice.
