What is it?
HIPNHYPE is a 60-minute high intensity and energetic Hip-Hop dance fitness party workout to HIP and HYPER Hip-Hop tracks. The great thing about HIPNHYPE is that it's for everybody. With no difficult choreography, all routines are easy to follow to ensure you fully enjoy the music, the moves and the mood.
HIPNHYPE comes with four different sections including Hip-Hop classics, circuits, cardio and conditioning to give you a good mix of a simple, fit and fun total body dance fitness workout - all in one hour.
You do not need to be a member of the gym to take part.
