What time should I arrive?

We will start promptly at 15:00. We highly recommend that everyone arrive as early as possible to accommodate the large number of attendees and the time it takes to complete registration. There will be coffee and snacks in the foyer of the Conference Center.

The High Tech Campus Conference Center is easily accessible by bike, public transportation, or by car. If you are arriving by car, it is advised that visitors take the direct exit from Highway A2/A67 and park their car in Parking Garage P0. This garage is the closest to the Conference Center.

Video and Photography Consent

Expat Spouses Initiative will take photos and videos during the event. These visuals will be utilised for promotion, publication, and documentation purposes. By participating in the event, you give consent for your photo, voice, video, name, and/or preferences to be collected without compensation.

I can no longer attend. What should I do?

Please deregister via Eventbrite. This can be done in one of two ways: 1) Log into your Eventbrite account and cancel your order.2) Alternatively, you can locate the "View and Cancel My Order" at the bottom of the original Eventbrite email with the tickets, click on it, and then click “Cancel Order"
