Join us for in informal evening of music, songs, and Cornish language at the The Melting Pot. A hidden gem of a coffee shop tucked away at the west end of Redruth. With its amazing and eclectic decor, delicious cakes, tasty snacks, hot and cold drinks and a fine selection of beers it's the perfect place share our music and relax in good company.

Biography
Four-piece Cornwall, UK based ensemble involving Tanya Brittain on vocals and piano, Alan Pengelly on accordion, Mark Barnwell on guitar and Annie Baylis on volin. All professional musicians involved in a number of different musical projects around Cornwall, nationally and internationally.

Hireth is the Cornish word used to describe an inconsolable longing in the human heart. The band is currently recording an album of original songs and traditional Cornish tunes on that theme, for release in spring 2018. The album will be released on the TCR Music label.
