You can’t build a great startup without a great team. And although you’ll never get every hire right, there’s plenty you can do to maximise your chances of hiring well.

In this 90 minute in-person workshop, we’ll cover the key things to help you make the right hire:

Working out what you need
How to market your job
Assessing the candidates
Onboarding well

Whether it’s an intern or a senior hire, if you’ve got a particular role in mind then you’ll leave with some progress on making the right hire.

If you’re thinking about hiring in the future this will give you confidence of how to approach it, with a process you can come back to.
