Join us for this 45 minute interactive workshop where we explore the science behind stress and resilience, and provide you with a toolkit of techniques that can applied on a daily basis to help you change your brain to be more positive and more confident during these difficult times.
What we'll cover:
1. neuroscience of physiology and stress
2. how thoughts work in the brain and how to build an inner coach
3. the science of forming new habits and healthy routines
Rosa Connor
Rosa Connor is a co-founder of Haptivate. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals and leaders all over the world to develop their wellbeing and resilience skills. Rosa has trained executives, business leaders, HR teams and facilitators.
She created and leads the popular Women in Leadership Programme.. She is a qualified mindfulness teacher, yoga therapist and coach who has dedicated her life to sharing these tools with others to drive social change and create a happier, more peaceful society.
Rosa has worked with many leading organisations including Google, Monzo, Braze, TotallyMoney, Diesel, Camden Town Brewery, NHS & The Fairtrade Foundation
