Then join us at the BalletBoyz studios for an afternoon of historical dance CPD led by Nicola Gaines, teacher at The Royal Ballet School and supported by Rebecca Trevitt, course leader for the BalletBoyz Parkinson's CAN Dance programme.
Practically explore Playford Dances, a collection of English Country Dances published from the mid 17th to the early 18th Centuries that utilise formations, floor patterns, walking and skipping. Learn more about how these traditional, partner based dances could be used to improve your participant's connection to others, ability to move around a space with confidence, gait and balance.
