THREE OUT OF FOUR

Three out of Four, from the Scottish Borders town of Galashiels, consists of Sam Johnston and Ryan Hutchison, with a revolving group of session musicians completing the lineup. They’ve supported the likes of wrest and FOREIGNFOX, performed at Stowed Out Festival, Maroon’d Festival, The Belhaven Sessions, Radio Rooms, Marmions Place, MacArts and collaborated with Borders Youth Theatre.

NOTE: All Hit The Road gigs are OPEN to anyone 14 years and over

Hit The Road has acted as an early stepping-stone in the careers of Scotland’s emerging musicians and songwriters including Lewis Capaldi, Be Charlotte, klo, Parliamo, RILEY, Deni Smith, Zoë Bestel, Velvet, Keir Gibson, Angry Man Car Park. Hit The Road provides early-stage musicians age 14-19 the opportunity to learn about the live industry before embarking on a professionally managed tour.

Initiated and run by Scottish Music Centre and funded by Creative Scotland’s Youth Music Initiative (YMI) and PRS Foundation.
