Description

We have three speakers:

Profit - Ethical Investing - Martin Waller - Independent Finanical Planner - will talk about the growing interest of investors who wish to invest thsie money in ethical businesses and funds. He will address the importance of creating surplus in order to aid the other two Ps of People and Planet and how we can do this in an environmentally conscious way.

People - Personal Resilience - Keith Abrahams (Therapeutic Coach) Emma Jaynes (Psychologist & Counsellor) - If we are not personally resilient, we will find that we become overwhelmed easily by stress, this has a knock on effect for our businesses and our relationships. Emma and Keith will discuss personal resilience, what it is, and how we can grow more resilient both in our personal and business lives.

Planet - Sustaining our local environment - Debi King - Sustainability Educator - Most of us have been aware of the impending threat to our planet as it has been reported in the media for a number of decades now. Most of us are now quite used to using our Council recycling initiatives, for example. But what are some of the ways in which we can do more in our daily lives to reduce our impact on the environment? Debi will share some pracitcal tips with us that we can easily fir into our daily lives.

We will have an hour before the presentations to meet and have conversations with each other. There will be coffee breaks and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the day.

See you there.
