But did you know that when it snows
My eyes become large and
The light that you shine can't be seen?

Produced by MTC.
MTC (Matchstick Theatre Company) seeks to support new writing and champion original theatre. In January 2023, we launched Hits & Pieces a new night of original shorts inspired by a different popular song each time.
We're a democratic bunch at MTC so each song is chosen by audiences! At the end of each show we ask for song suggestions for forthcoming nights so get your thinking caps on. Then four songs chosen by the Company are put to a public vote on X and Insta. If your song is chosen you get a free ticket to the next Hits and Pieces night! We've had Sisqo, Don McLean, MeatLoaf, Cher, The Spice Girls, David Bowie, Britney Spears and Evanesence so far.
Please contact literary.matchstick@gmail.com if you're an actor, writer, or director and would like to be involved in future Hits &Pieces nights!
