This is a free event open to everyone. The event will explore what are the issues surrounding the Trans, Non-Binary and Gender Diverse community and HIV.
The session will feature talks from prominant Trans, Non-Binary and Gender Diverse campaigners.
Panellists:
Max Appenroth
Max is a trans activist and diversity consultant from Berlin. Max is currently doing their PhD at the Institute of Public Health at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin. They are the coordinator of the Trans Men & Working Group for the international oragnization GATE - Global Action for Trans Equality.
Michelle Ross
Co-founder of cliniQ and Director of Holistic Wellbeing Services.
Erika Castellanos
Erika is currently the Director of Programs at Global Action for trans* Equality and serves as Board Member for the Communities Delegation in the Board of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
Eli FitzgeraldEli is a trans man living with HIV. He is a human rights activist and campaigner, for transgender people and for people living with HIV.
Dr. Kate Z. Nambiar
Is a speciality a Specialty Doctor in Sexual Health & HIV Medicine, Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust and a member of the British HIV Association.We hope to see you there!
