Each 90-minute session features:

• Two Spotlight Seats – Each week, two members get the floor to present a business challenge, idea or issue.
• Group Wisdom – The rest of the Hive dives in with questions, insights, solutions, and cheerleading.
• Accountability Check-In – Spotlight members return the following week to update the group on their progress.
• Shared Momentum – We wrap each session with open discussion, takeaways, and intentions for the week ahead.
