Description

Following the success of our HIX Oyster Celebration in September, HIX Oyster and Chop House will be celebrating more British seasonal ingredients at our Festive Celebration, Saturday 16th December 11am-5pm.

Spend time with Mark Hix and the producers of our carefully sourced ingredients with talks and tastings from Chef Valentine Warner, co-creator of Hepple Gin, sip on a pure milk vodka cocktail with Black Cow’s Archie and taste your way through a selection of Somerset Cider Brandies from Julian Temperley. We will also be joined by Claudio Sarfati, producer of Wiltshire burrata de luca.

Food stands around the room will be serving an array of seasonal treats including natural oysters, truffled capon from the trolley, Peter Hannan’s sugar pit beef , British cheeses with Somerset membrillo and Burrata with honeycomb and HIX Fix cherries

Join us for a spiced cider and mulled wine, or start the festive period with a glass of English sparkling wine.

It’s a free to attend, with food and drink tokens available to purchase in advance or on the day.
