Who are Breaking Cycles CIC?
Breaking Cycles is a Community Interest Company founded by Phil Wade in 2019. The organisation’s purpose is to support people improving their wellbeing through engaging in cycling and other outdoor activities.
Our services range from cycle training and engagement events, such as Big Bike Revival to targeted programmes which incorporate therapeutic methodologies and education as well as activities to support people in overcoming adversity and making significant changes in their lives.
What is Big Bike Revival?
The Big Bike Revival helps adults start cycling or ride again. Local grassroots organisations run events across England, making cycling available to all.
Events include opportunities to access led rides, get your bike fixed, learn maintenance skills or learn to ride. All of the events are free to attend.
