Playing to people’s strengths and improving productivity

Why we run this course

45% of all workers think performance reviews are a total waste of time and 57% of managers feel that performance reviews are a drain on their time.

Retaining and developing staff is a hot topic amongst our clients, particularly when we are helping hire into their teams.

Holding effective performance review meetings, that leave the individual feeling valued and their efforts recognised, will pay dividends through enhanced productivity, greater use of skillsets and a generally happier working environment.

Gain that competitive advantage by enabling every manager and team leader to monitor and manage individual performance in your business.
