About this event

Health • Medical

Averille is coming back to the ESO to host this in person workshop that will build on the online talk from October. However, it is not necessary to have attended the online talk, so please come along anyway if you are interested.

It will be a very much interactive and practical workshop, so comfortable clothing is recommended.

An outline of the event is to come, but we will look at contexts such as with family sessions, trauma which emerges from difficult labour or birth and difficult social interactions. The material will develop your centering and grounding skills. We will examine interoception, exteroception and touch as a medium for receiving/expressing microvibration. Boundaries kept through inter-personal identification and therapeutic boundaries kept by clear meaning making (developing Mandy Banton's thesis).

All year groups are welcome!
