You are warmly invited to join us for a gentle day of mindfulness. We will practice together to co-generate connection and community. We will use the mindfulness practices of Thich Nhat Hann to deepen our sense of freshness, clarity, solidity spaciousness and freedom.
This will be a very gentle spacious day, hopefully the first of many. You will go home feeling rested & supported by nature. A real gift to yourself.

What will we do together: sitting meditation, walking meditation, movement practice, deep relaxation, some music and connecting together. We will have lunch together with some silence and some chat. We plan to be indoors with wood burning stove and out doors in the wooded garden.
Who is the day for: for all who identify as LGBTQ+ and your friends. The days is open to absolute beginners and those with experience.
What to bring: bring yourself and some friends, a light lunch, we provide tea/great coffee/water. ( we do not have access to a microwave or cooker ), shoes suitable for outdoors, a warm jacket and a blanket and yoga mat ( or two blankets ). Chairs are available and if you like to use a meditation bench or cushion, please bring what you need with you.
The day is supported by rainbow friends practicing in Open Circle Sangha, Sligo.
