In the creative heart of Hackney Wick, Peach & Peony and Sense of Self are coming together to host The Wellness Glow — a unique workshop that pairs the mindful art of candle making with the restorative magic of a sound bath. This collaboration was born from a shared love of slowing down and creating with intention.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and an open mind! All candle-making materials will be provided. We recommend wearing comfy clothes and bringing a bottle of water.

I’ve never done a sound bath before — what can I expect?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie down, close your eyes, and let gentle, resonant sounds wash over you. Many people feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded afterwards.

Will I get to take my candle home?

Yes! You’ll make your own beautiful, hand-poured beeswax candle during the workshop and take it home at the end — a perfect reminder of your relaxing afternoon.

Is my ticket refundable?

No — tickets are non-refundable, as spaces are limited to just 12 participants for a calm, personal experience.

What kind of wax do we use in this workshop?

We use natural beeswax. It’s sustainably sourced and completely free from toxins, making it a healthier and more eco-friendly choice than paraffin or synthetic waxes. Beeswax is known for its subtle natural honey aroma, and clean, long-lasting burn.
