World Groove Movement - Explore simple dance movements to feel your body in it's full potential. The group all perform the same movements creating unity and confidence but at the same time embracing individuality by accepting that each person may have their own way of performing the same action. Moving your way creates space for choice and freedom of expression. Movements are kept simple so you can stop thinking and start feeling.
Yoga is another way of reconnecting mind, body and soul. Hatha yoga utilises physical postures which help the body to be more supple and stronger whilst at the same time helping the practitioner gain an internal focus and allow a better flow of subtle energy.
Mindfulness is a way of observing with awareness and being fully present in the moment by sensing rather than thinking. With regular practise it helps you to be more resilient and empowered regardless of what is going on around you.
Meditation practice calms the mind and enhances inner peace.
