Menopause is a natural phase of life marking the end of a woman’s reproductive years. However, the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes it brings can sometimes disrupt both personal and professional life — impacting health, confidence, and wellbeing.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), by 2030, around 50 million women will reach menopause each year. Evidence shows that approximately 80% of women experience menopause-related symptoms, with about 25% reporting severe symptoms.
