About Tasha:
Tasha Hedges is a registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher, specialising in gut health. She founded The Holistic Dietitian after overcoming her own struggles with IBS and burnout. Today, she blends nutrition, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and yogic philosophy to help people improve digestion, restore balance, and rebuild trust in their bodies.
