A 12-week course to help you understand your body, rebuild your habits and find a sustainable approach to weight loss - without diets, guilt or extremes.
Who Is It For?
This course is ideal for people who:

Course Format & Dates

12-week course delivered in 2 phases:
Phase 1: Pre-Christmas (Weeks 1–6)
Theme: Build strong foundations before the festive season
Focus: Shift your mindset, understand your body, and feel more confident as you approach Christmas - without restriction or stress

- Laying the Groundwork Reframing weight loss, intention setting & new perspectives
- The Real Science of Weight Loss Debunking myths, metabolism & mindset
- Protein & Progress Fuelling your body with satisfying, supportive meals
- Carbs, Fats & Finding Balance Understanding energy & letting go of food fear
- Stress, Cortisol & Emotional Eating How seasonal stress impacts eating
- Supplements That Support What works, what doesn’t – including immunity & energy support
Before Christmas:
Learn the truth behind weight gain and festive habits - so you can enjoy Christmas with less guilt and more balance.
Phase 2: New Year Reset (Weeks 7–12)
Theme: Regulation, habit-building and long-term change
Focus: Start 2026 by working with your body, not against it.

- Regulate to Rebalance Nervous system support & how it affects cravings and eating
- Smart Eating Strategies Flexible meal planning for real life, not January extremes
- Recipes & Kitchen Confidence Cooking simple, nourishing meals with ease

- Sustaining Change Reflection, celebration & long-term planning
After Christmas:
Reconnect with your health, regulate your stress response and build habits that actually stick.

£100 per 6-week block
£180 for all 12 weeks up front (save £20)

Alex is the co-founder of Ondes Wellbeing, an online fitness and coaching platform that blends science, movement and mindset to support long-term change.
A former Chemistry teacher of 5 years, Alex brings a clear, educational approach to everything he delivers. He’s a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over 10 years of training experience, and has successfully supported a wide range of clients in achieving their goals - both physically and mentally.
