Join us in the beautiful Holland Park Wildlife area for a nature wellbeing session. This session will give you the opportunity to explore the woodlands and take some time out to unwind, appreciate the nature London has to offer and learn some simple tools to use in nature to help with wellbeing. We will use a combination of grounding activities, go on a noticing nature walk, and use simple nature art, writing or weaving activities to connect with nature.
Please meet at the Holland Park Ecology Centre promptly at 5pm. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather and appropriate footwear as the ground is uneven and can be wet and muddy.
Please note: This session is for adults. Dogs are not permitted in the Holland Park Wildlife Area as this is a designated conservation area. Paths in the Holland Park Wildlife Area are uneven and bark chipped. We will be in the woods for approximately 1.5hours. There are some log seats in the woodland, but if you require a stool to sit on, please do let us know.
This event is part of a series of monthly nature wellbeing events running throughout spring and summer 2025. This series of events is sponsored by Capital PCC.
