Description

The Faculty of Social Sciences are pleased to offer a distinctive outreach session for schools and college students with a focus on the Holocaust.

This offer will incorporate a talk from one of our leading academics, followed by the annual Holocaust Memorial Lecture, which this year will be delivered by Uri Winterstein who was born in Slovakia in October 1943. At only one month old, his Jewish parents placed him in the care of a non-Jewish woman and he was not reunited with his parents until after the War.

Places are limited so need to be booked.

Please be aware all school & college groups need to be accompined by a teacher.
